Most of the foods with the high amounts of trans fat are some of our favorite snacks. Dieticians warn that if a product claims 0% trans fat, you should assume it has at least 0.5 grams of trans fat per serving.

For example, if you eat 2 servings of the product, assume you have consumed 1 gram of trans fat.
